Ecco le figure professionali che ‘salgono e scendono’ secondo Kelly Services Italia.

Key account: figura professionale con il compito di promuovere un dialogo costruttivo tra le imprese farmaceutiche e le istituzioni sanitarie. Un profilo sempre più importante, che racchiude in sé tre diversi profili: il medical liason, l’informatore farmaceutico e il key account. Visto il ruolo deli- cato, deve possedere competenze ed esperienze specifiche, oltre a un’ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e una laurea in ambito scientifico che rientri nel decreto 219/2006 (se necessario anche una laurea in medicina e chirurgia). La Ral del key account varia a seconda dell’esperienza specifica nel ruolo: da 0 a 5 anni da 50.000 euro a 80.000 eu- ro; oltre 5 anni da 90.000 euro a 110.000 euro.

Quality control manager: a figure who deals with the design, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the quality management system. It controls both the process and the production stability, according to the regulations in force. A science degree is required as well as important knowledge of standards, production processes and, if necessary, laboratory experience. The ability to interfacing with the production division, strong management skills and knowledge of the English language are the winning elements. The Ral: from 0 to 5 years from 35,000 euros to 40,000 euros; from 5 to 10 years from 40,000 to 55,0000; over 10 years from 55,000 euros upwards.

product manager: è una figura essenziale nell’ambito del marketing aziendale. Opera al fine di assicurare la continua crescita di un prodotto, sviluppando piani di marketing strategici, gestendone la vendita e le attività di marketing relati- ve all’immagine. Per il Product Manager, oltre alla conoscenza del mercato e della concorren- za, sono imprescindibili l’ottima conoscenza di Excel e un inglese fluentissimo. È un profilo che può crescere molto in fretta e la Ral varia a se- conda dell’esperienza: da 0 a 5 anni da 28.000 euro a 45.000 euro; da 5 a 10 anni da 45.000 a 60.0000; oltre 10 anni dai 60.000 euro a salire.

The Medical Liason builds professional relationships with key industry leaders and influencers by actively engaging with national and regional healthcare corporations and organizations. Must know the reference market, have a degree in scientific subjects and have strong interpersonal skills as well as an excellent knowledge of the English language. The Ral varies according to experience in the role: from 0 to 5 years from 35,000 euros to 50,000 euros; over 5 years from 50,000 euros to 80,000 euros.
