We must accept that no country can invest in all health problems and we must choose which ones to focus on, as they do in Canada, for example. So investments will be made in the health of the elderly, in newborns or in cancer, the citizen decides and then it will be the state, of necessity, to say that it cannot go any further. However, all this is soiled by the extraordinary power of the pharmaceutical industry which pollutes and corrupts. But is it so difficult to bribe doctors? I have a feeling that for many doctors honesty is a life principle but there remain a fair number who are not hard to bribe.
