As regards the Commissions, the Public Works oggi ascolterà l’avvocato Daniele Rossi nell’ambito della proposta di nomina a Presidente dell’Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Adriatico centrosettentrionale, il dottor Mario Sommariva sulla proposta di nomina a Presidente dell’Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ligure orientale e il professor Sergio Prete nell’ambito della proposta di nomina Presidente dell’Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ionio. Le altre Commissioni invece non hanno in previsioni sedute.

La Justice svolgerà diverse audizioni sulla pdl per l’accesso alla professione forense e, con la Finanze, si confronterà sulla Comunicazione della Commissione Europea relativa a un piano d’azione per una politica integrata in materia di prevenzione del riciclaggio di denaro e del finanziamento del terrorismo. La Commissioni Foreign, with the EU policies, ascolterà le comunicazioni del Governo sugli esiti del Consiglio europeo del 10 e 11 dicembre 2020. A seguire proseguirà il ciclo di audizioni dell’indagine conoscitiva relativa alla politica estera dell’Italia per la pace e la stabilità nel Mediterraneo. La Finances esaminerà la comunicazione della Commissione europea al Parlamento europeo, al Consiglio europeo e al Consiglio “Verso un processo decisionale più efficiente e democratico nella politica fiscale dell’UE”. Si confronterà sulle proposte di nomina del dottor Daniele Rossi a presidente dell’Autorità di sistema portuale del Mare Adriatico centro-settentrionale e su quella del dottor Mario Sommariva a presidente dell’Autorità di sistema portuale del Mare Ligure orientale. A seguire esaminerà le pdl sulla disciplina del volo da diporto o sportivo, le proposte sulla continuità territoriale con la Sardegna e la risoluzione sui canoni per le concessioni aeroportuali. Infine ascolterà il professor Sergio Prete nell’ambito dell’esame della proposta di nomina a presidente dell’Autorità di sistema portuale del Mar Ionio. La Productive activities ascolterà l’amministratore delegato di Invitalia Dominic Arcuri in merito alle prospettive industriali degli stabilimenti siderurgici ex Ilva, esaminerà lo schema di decreto ministeriale sulle modalità e i criteri per un ingresso consapevole dei clienti finali nel mercato dell’energia e lo schema di decreto legislativo sulle misure volte a garantire la sicurezza dell’approvvigionamento di gas. Con la Finanze si confronterà sullo schema di decreto ministeriale sui requisiti di accesso, condizioni, criteri e modalità degli interventi del Patrimonio Destinato.
