On the training courses of frontal informants in hybrids

Is training an opportunity or a threat to whistleblowers?

Training is a valuable asset for whistleblowers, and companies that are investing in training are looking after their interests appropriately. Each informant is enriched over the years with experience and skills, many of which are provided by the company for which he works. Experiences and skills which, it should be emphasized, they are also the professional's personal assets, which he can spend on his own future, wherever he goes. Should whistleblowers learn new skills for their future or their past?

At the time of the Covid 19 emergency, in which I am writing, many are in the CIG, many are agents and are stationary, some are without a concrete future perspective. At this moment it is essential to observe the past and the present objectively and to understand what skills will be needed in the future. And study for one's future, which is uncertain.

Is the company's treasure the medical-scientific information or the personal relationship between the isf and the doctor?

This is a theme that often sees us on different banks of the same river. Should doctors wait for informants or can they continue to update, even without them?

Is it better to follow a course taught by someone who is an expert or by someone who isn't?

Is it better an isf prepared for new challenges or one less prepared?


Ed.: Egr., sig. Ruggiero, ci fa piacere che abbia colta un vago senso di ostilità nel nostro articolo del 1° aprile, e come potrebbe essere diversamente il nostro atteggiamento di ISF verso chi sostiene da decenni che l’informatore scientifico del farmaco è obsoleto?

È ovvio che la formazione è utile per tutti, sempre. Riteniamo che il modo più usuale di comunicare è la comunicazione interpersonale diretta, quella faccia a faccia con l’interlocutore. Se questo non risulta possibile si cercherà di utilizzare un mezzo comunicativo alternativo. Ma anche questo è noto a tutti, forse anche a lei.

We believe that every communicative process between human beings has two distinct dimensions, the content (what the words say) and the relationship (what the speakers imply, both on a verbal, paraverbal and non-verbal and emotional level, i.e. on the quality of the relationship between them).

This activity falls within the scope of application of art. 24 bis both when carried out through internal structures and when it is outsourced and regardless of the prevalence or otherwise of the call center activity with respect to the rest of its business.

Un sistema di lavoro flessibile per sfruttare dei lavoratori o giovani che non trovano niente di meglio o licenziati che non possono trovare un lavoro. Un po’ come le false partite IVA, tutti sistemi per aggirare le norme sul lavoro e i relativi contributi previdenziali.

Un’occasione irripetibile per uno come lei per sostituire permanentemente l’ISF obsoleto con un ISF multichannel!

Pensi se tutte le aziende farmaceutiche o di integratori rifocalizzassero sul remoto, almeno 200 ISF andrebbero all’assalto telefonico di ogni medico di medicina generale più altri 200 informatori di integratori! Pensa che sarebbe tollerato a lungo un simile approccio?

E la richiesta di mercato che deve soddisfare è dovuta solamente alla “distrazione” più o meno colpevole di chi dovrebbe controllare. Ma una falsa partita IVA o ibrido quando sarà licenziato potrà adire ad un tribunale e farsi riconoscere il lavoro subordinato in modo da percepire i contributi previdenziali non versati e gli stipendi del CCNL non percepiti.

Ci dispiace, Sig. Ruggiero, non potremmo mai essere d’accordo né sul tipo di lavoro del neo ISF proiettato in un futuro radioso (per lei) né sui sistemi di sfruttamento che questo tipo di lavoro implica. Non siamo d’accordo sull’obsolescenza dell’ISF.
