The Tuscan Region presents the bill to Menarini: 87 million

I vertici dell’azienda sono accusati di aver gonfiato i prezzi dei farmaci. Le Asl e le aziende universitarie hanno chiesto 87 milioni di risarcimento

FLORENCE — The Region has filed a civil action in the trial for fraud and money laundering in which seven managers of the Menarini drug multinational are accused, including the sons of the patron Alberto Aleotti, Lucia and Alberto Giovanni.

L’accusa mossa dalla procura è quella di aver gonfiato il prezzo dei principi attivi dei farmaci in modo da costituire un tesoretto di fondi neri da utilizzare a scopi privati.
