Riportiamo i comunicati dell’Area Farmaco e Dispositivi Medici dell’Emilia Romagna e di Fedaiisf al termine dell’incontro di martedì sulle criticità del Regolamento Regionale sull’Informazione Scientifica (Emilia-Romagna.dgr-2309-2016).

We thank you for your participation in Tuesday's meeting in which the general principles of transparency and traceability of the scientific information activity on the drug on which the regional regulation is based and the critical issues that emerged after the first period of application of this regulation and of the local provisions were discussed, in order to resume the discussion on the subject with the involvement of interested parties.

We hope that, in compliance with the assumptions of positive collaboration already found, the FEDAIISF association participates in the working group that will be set up on the subject, in line with the availability in this sense already shown during the meeting held on Tuesday.

On Tuesday at 9:30 the regional delegation (Bassu, Bonomo, Camatti, Nivellini) met the representation of the Regional Pharmaceutical Service.

In the positive and proactive climate, the common need emerged to start a constructive discussion as early as September to provide for the revision of the current Regional Resolution and to overcome the critical issues identified by both parties.

We would like to underline that these IT and/or paper applications, by their own admission, will have to tend to be homogeneous, simple and practicable, unlike what happens today, from Piacenza to Rimini.

The satisfaction in seeing the willingness to open a constructive dialogue with us is the recognition of professionalism and teamwork.

The role of trade association in representing members and non-members throughout the Region has been recognized to AIISF/FEDAIISF.

Ed.: Finalmente si è aperto un dialogo costruttivo e collaborativo con la Regione Emilia Romagna sul Regolamento d’informazione scientifica e sulle criticità che sono emerse nelle sue applicazioni locali.

E’ importante che venga finalmente riconosciuta una rappresentanza degli Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco in grado di interloquire direttamente con le Istituzioni, non più rappresentati da interposte persone che potrebbero avere interessi non strettamente conformi con la categoria. Fedaiisf viene riconosciuta come l’unica Associazione professionale degli ISF.

Si esortano tutti i colleghi a segnalare ai rispettivi direttivi sezionali, che verranno poi riportati alle Autorità regionali, eventuali malfunzionamenti nei sistemi applicativi che dovessero impedire/ostacolare l’attività lavorativa e segnalare eventuali atteggiamenti irrispettosi o che impediscano di svolgere il nostro lavoro da parte di qualche operatore sanitario che male sta interpretando/applicando i regolamenti. Si ricorda che le linee guida della Conferenza delle Regioni sull’attività di informazione scientifica dicono che pur in presenza di una regolamentazione “Lo svolgimento dell’attività degli ISF all’interno delle strutture del SSR viene assicurato e agevolato dalle Direzioni delle suddette strutture“,  e precisa “raising awareness of the availability of doctors and pharmacists“.

In questo momento così delicato si invitano tutti i colleghi della Regione Emilia Romagna a dare il loro contributo nell’unità della categoria nella difesa della nostra professionalità, “beyond our particular“.
