To date, in addition to remaining unresolved, the situation of Biomedica employees and sales agents who have not received various indemnities before the closure declared in the September 2018, not all the drugs contained in the company's warehouse and registered by the bankruptcy trustee are still physically present, significantly affecting the sale of the company itself.

The informants therefore ask that their doubts regarding the sale by Biomedica Business Division SRL of the products "Noctaval and Biotad capsules" be dispelled.
