Ricorrono al giudice per ottenere gratuitamente dal Servizio sanitario nazionale il ‘superfarmaco’ contro l’epatite C sofosbuvir, in grado di debellare la malattia, ma molto costoso.

Per prima cosa un ricorso ex articolo 700 del Codice di procedura civile, in cui viene chiesto al giudice un provvedimento urgente che imponga al ministero della Salute e all’azienda produttrice Gilead Sciences di fornire immediatamente una terapia completa con sofosbuvir, completamente a carico del Ssn.

The second move is an ordinary writ of summons to ask the ministry and the pharmaceutical company for compensation equal to 800,000 euros for each patient, of which 500,000 euros for transfusion, patrimonial and moral damages.
