SUBJECT: COVID-19 EMERGENCYCOVID 19 PHASE 2 - SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION ACTIVITIES OF DRUGS AND MEDICAL DEVICES - CHANGES AND ADDITIONS
In addition to the note prot.74374/13A2 of 06/05/2020 in this gradual phase of recovery, it is specified that:
- meetings can be organized remotely, i.e. with alternative systems to the front-end comparison (by telephone, videoconference, etc.), also as collegial connections (with several doctors simultaneously connected);
- the maximum freedom of the parties on the organization of these meetings is confirmed with regard to the way in which to fix the appointments and the technological tools to be used;
- exceptionally and on the basis of justified and agreed needs, face-to-face meetings between the parties are possible by applying the necessary measures to prevent the transmission of the infection.
