Avviso alle Associazioni dell’industria farmaceutica

In accordo all’articolo 119, comma 2, del d.lgs. 219/2006, nel quale è stabilito che le linee guida sulla pubblicità dei medicinali presso gli operatori sanitari sono adottate dall’AIFA, sentite le Associazioni dell’industria farmaceutica, si invitano le associazioni stesse a express their interest in receiving a copy of the draft [ed: draft] of the guidelines and to express their observations and comments.

To this end, it will be necessary to notify the AIFA Scientific Information Office (infomedicoscientifica@pec.aifa.gov.it) the PEC address of the association, as well as the name and contact details of the contact person(s), within 7 working days from the date of publication of this notice on the AIFA Portal.

Le comunicazioni ricevute da  soggetti diversi dalle associazioni dell’industria farmaceutica (ad esempio, singole aziende, studi legali o di consulenza, etc.) non saranno prese in considerazione.
