Minutes of the 2nd Forum of the isf associations
On 12 September 2009 the Forum, which took place in Bologna at the Novotel, debated the need to unite the existing associations into one large association, also to better deal with those of the industrialists who claim the right to speak improperly on behalf of the ISFs.
In particular, it is noted that between the two most representative associations there are evident signs of relaxation and understanding, the main merit of which belongs to the Forum and to the spirit expressed by the managers of the associations present.
For the union of the two national associations (Federisf and Aiisf) the National Executives will quickly verify the hypotheses of merger or creation of a new association, with a new name.
Federisf declares that it is in a position to proceed with the merger immediately. Aiisf declares that despite having already received the consent from the last national council, it would like to proceed with further prudence.
The autonomous associations present also declare themselves available to the various proposed solutions. It is also suggested to carry out a census of the autonomous associations using the Forum.
In order to speed up the implementation times, a Technical Commission is appointed, made up of Carmelo Carnovale (Federisf), Gianluca Iori (Aiisf) and Daniele Tiozzi (Autonomous Associations) with the task of drawing up a draft of the statute by the end of September, to be subsequently sent to all the associations, which, in turn, will be able to request approval from their respective sections and then express their decisions by 1 November 2009.
The Technical Commission will also have to develop the transitional rules for the transition to the new reality and the closure of the situations in progress of the starting associations, so that each association can provide for the conclusion of the administrative situations in the normal technical times.
If the statute drafted in this way were to be shared, it will be organized for half
