A circular on the application aspects of the 'Bersani' law, which liberalized the sale of non-prescription drugs, will soon be issued and addressed to all Regions. This was announced by the Minister of Health Livia Turco, during the meeting with the delegations of the Federation of Pharmacists' Orders (Fofi), Federfarma and Assofarm, thus responding to the concerns of the category which highlighted the substantial absence of controls in which the commercial establishments that sell these medicines currently operate.
