ORDER
pursuant to article 32, paragraph 3 of the law of 23 December 1978, n.833 on hygiene and public health the following measures:
- Of implement the Guidelines for the reopening of the economic and productive activities adopted by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces on 25 May 2020 with reference to catering, accommodation facilities, personal services (hairdressers, beauticians, tattoo artists and piercings), swimming pools, gyms, green maintenance , drug sales representatives, children's play areas, cultural and recreational clubs, spa facilities and wellness centres, as per Annex 1;
- in relation to the activities for which there are no specific guidelines or protocols, the principles and measures referred to in the ordinance of the President of the Regional Council no. 48/2020, no. 57/2020, the protocols or guidelines guidelines adopted at national level for the reopening of the related reference sectors or for similar areas; in the latter case, the measures adopted in the management of the activities must be adapted to the specific context, according to criteria of proportionality and adequacy, with particular reference to the measures referred to in annexes 10, 12 and 16 of the DPCM 17/5/2020;
- to confirm that where interpersonal distancing of at least one meter is envisaged, a distance of at least 1.8 meters is recommended and that the use of the protective mask is mandatory in closed, public and private spaces open to the public, as well as in public transport local public transport, in non-scheduled taxi services and rental with driver, as well as in open spaces, public or open to the public, if it is not possible to maintain interpersonal distancing;

FINAL PROVISIONS
Annex 3 of ordinance no. 59 of 22 May 2020 - Additional measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 ceases to be effective. Start of Phase 2 relating to the activity of libraries and archives;
This ordinance enters into force on 27 May 2020, and is valid, unless modified, until the final date of the state of health emergency.
With reference to paragraphs 10, 13 and 14, this ordinance is valid, subject to changes, until the adoption of provisions that provide for the gradual restoration of face-to-face training;
This ordinance, for the fulfillment of the law, is transmitted:
to the President of the Council of Ministers and the Minister of Health; to the Prefects;
to the Mayors;
Failure to comply with the measures referred to in this Ordinance is sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of legislative decree 33/2020 and article 4 of legislative decree 19/2020;
A judicial appeal is allowed against this ordinance before the Regional Administrative Court within sixty days of its publication, or an extraordinary appeal to the Head of State within one hundred and twenty days.
