Silvia Nencioni, a determined and sunny woman who forged ahead immediately, laying the foundations for a dazzling career: from scientific medical informant to company head. «I never thought I'd get to such important positions – he says -. When I joined the company I didn't know anything about homeopathy, at university I had done an experimental thesis on phytotherapy and this new field fascinated me.
They had offered me a contract in an important company pharmaceutical company in Pisa, but I preferred to take the leap and bet on something new, so in 1995 I joined Boiron». From the first job as a homeopathic product rep, the road has been all uphill: that is, a race to the top. In 1998 he became area manager for Tuscany with a team of 10 people and, in 2000, the arrival in Segrate as sales manager with 60 collaborators to manage.
And when Christian Boiron (in the photo on the right with Silvia Nencioni), the president of the group, has begun to imagine a new future for the company, there were no doubts. «The important career leaps have come at almost unexpected moments – he says -. The determining factor was the meeting with Christian, a man who had an impact on my professional and life path. I worked closely with him, who saw potential in me that not even I was yet fully aware of."
In 2007, not even 40 years old, Silvia became a manager and, just two years later, she was appointed CEO. «When Christian proposed it to me, I said to him: are you sure? And he told me: trust me». And a new dream took shape.
