Rome, August 1st (Adnkronos Salute) – Negative primacy for Calabria and Puglia in terms of public expenditure on medicines. Indeed, in the month of May, they were the regions that recorded the highest increase compared to the same month in 2005. In first place was Calabria with +26%, closely followed by Puglia with +25.5%, Lazio ( +17.3%) and from Sicily (+16.9%). Again in May, consumption fell only in Bolzano (-3.1%).
