“The layoffs must be withdrawn – strongly underlines Sergio Cardinali, of the national Filctem CGIL -; moreover, the economic recovery deriving from the current layoffs represents nothing compared to the turnover declared by the company. What we fear instead - continues Cardinali - is that, without a real plan to relaunch the company, through appropriate trade union agreements, the outflow will continue inexorably".
“We need to put an end once and for all to that hateful practice of individual dismissals provided for by the Fornero law. We are giving it our all through the Bill of Rights promoted by the CGIL, which we want to be discussed in Parliament as soon as possible”, concludes Cardinali.

Supporting this is simple since, despite the company's timid reassurances to the other workers, the economic recovery deriving from the current layoffs represents nothing compared to the lost turnover declared by the company, and therefore without a real plan to relaunch the same through appropriate trade union agreements, the spill will continue ………more. Unfortunately there will be other Angelo , Elisabetta , Raffaella and…. Filomena too, the list is destined to get longer, unless everyone decides to lay down their arms and try to find shared solutions.
The RSU is there, the Filctem is there, and………..the company? WORKERS ARE READY TO CONTINUE THE FIGHT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT WITHOUT AGREEMENTS AND SOLUTIONS, EVERYONE'S WORK IS AT STAKE. Workers have understood that if a new Bill of Rights is not approved, as proposed by the CGIL by canceling the unjust FORNERO law AND INDIVIDUAL DISMISSALS, ALL WILL CONTINUE TO BE WEAKER, IN THE HANDS OF CORPORATE ARROGANCE. FOR THESE REASONS, IN THE LACK OF A TANGIBLE SIGNAL FROM THE COMPANY, THEY HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT INITIATIVE. AWAY THE LICENSES
