Today, March 3, we delivered the baby mannequins for the BLSD (Basic Life Support Defibrillation) courses to the Pediatric Emergency Department of the "G.Di Gristina" Children's Hospital in Palermo and donated games to 
gastroenterology department of the same hospital.
We were welcomed by the head of the emergency room, dr. Cipolla and the director of the UOC of Gastroenterology, Dr. Cavataio, the director of the UOC of the pediatric clinic, prof. Corsello, together with the Medical Director, Dr. Farinella and the General Manager of the ARNAS Civico Di Gristina Benefratelli Hospital, Dr. Collars.
The meeting with the health professionals who appreciated our closeness to their training was exciting, through the donation of mannequins but above all we took the opportunity to talk about the role of the drug and parapharmaceutical sales rep, which 
collaborator of the doctor during his clinical activity and how important it is to recognize his professional role, working to improve the quality of life of patients, from the pediatric age to the geriatric age.
It was a good moment of discussion between professionals and we drew inspiration from this chat to increase initiatives that can lead to real knowledge of our work and its specific weight in relation to public health.
The Heads and the General Manager concluded by thanking the colleagues of the AIISF Association of Palermo, federated with Fedaiisf, for their personal contribution towards these initiatives.
