Goodbye Competitions and contract revolution: Brunetta changes the work of Nurses, Doctors and Health Professions.
Goodbye Competitions: between recruitment portals and self-employment contracts, this is how Minister Brunetta will change work in health care.
Minister Brunetta presented in recent days before the Senate the Legislative Decree 80/2021, with which he is preparing to make a small big revolution in the world of public work.
Hiring, contracts and renewals.
As regards the recruitment of registered professionals (such as nurses, doctors and health professions), public administrations will be able to resort more easily to types of contract such as:
- Fixed-term employment contract;
- Assignment of collaboration assignments with self-employment contract.
To be hired professionals must register in a special digital list on the Recruitment Portal of the Department of Civil Service, another of the novelties.
The renewal of contracts is linked hand and foot to the achievement of the objectives assessed annually. In case of non-achievement there is the impossibility of renewal by law.
The maximum duration of the contracts will in any case be 3 years + 2 renewable.
Farewell to Contests.
As far as collaboration assignments are concerned, the assignment will take place with more accurate and more comparative procedures than those envisaged up to now, which in essence are reduced, very often, to a merely formal fulfillment.
We therefore go towards a farewell to competitions as we know them. According to what we read, the selection will take place first of all by skimming between the curricula and with ways of comparing profiles also using digital tests, perhaps even remotely.
