In fact, the text provides that the doctor, when prescribing a new therapy, writes the name of the active ingredient or a specific medicine based on the same active ingredient accompanied by the name of the latter in the recipe.
The pharmacist will not be able to replace the designer drug if the non-substitutability clause is affixed to the prescription and when the drug has a price equal to the reimbursement price "unless otherwise requested by the customer".
