Where the elements collected allowed it, all the steps that led to the signing of the contract were reported and analysed. It was renewed well in advance of the expiry date (December 2012) minimizing the comparison with the assembly of delegates to the negotiation.
The report contested the method and merits of this singular renewal which gave rise to such conflicting political assessments to the point of forcing the General Secretary of the CGIL to issue a statement declaring its intention to evaluate the opportunity to withdraw the signature.
In the method
It is believed that in the various democratic passages a fundamental piece of information was omitted, which could be able to direct the expression of votes of the Assembly of Delegates in a different way.
I'll go deeper into it, illustrating the path that produced this neo in the democratic passages.
On July 11, the Assembly of Delegates was convened in Rome to vote on the Renewal Platform.
At the end of the discussion necessary to integrate the Platform, where possible, with the proposals presented by the various regional delegations, which are normally already present in the draft of the Platform positioned in a lateral column, distributed before the discussion; a loose leaflet appeared in the hands of a FULC executive attributable, according to them, to an unspecified commission of Sicilian ISF which proposed an expansion of the profile of the ISF by giving it a commercial drift. The intervention of 5 ISF blocked the coup obtaining its excerpt from the platform.
