The Assessor, acknowledging that with the Law Decree n. 33 of 16 May 2020 "Further urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19" and the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 17 May 2020 "Implementing provisions of the decree-law of 25 March 2020, n. 19, containing urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, and of the decree-law of 16 May 2020, n. 33, containing further urgent measures to deal with the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19" the resumption of most of the production activities and the movement of citizens within the regional territory is allowed from 18 May 2020, proposes the resumption also of the activity of drug sales representatives (ISF), which will have to take place favoring remote information and remote contact.
The information activity "in person" is permitted in the professional offices/outpatient clinics of specialists, general practitioners (GPs) and paediatricians of free choice (PLS), it must take place only after an agreed appointment, identifying specific times in order to avoid intersections with other users or patients even in waiting areas.
Whistleblowers are required to comply with the provisions/protocols and the "Guidelines for the reopening of Economic and Productive Activities" approved by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces, pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 14 of the decree-law n. 33/2020.
For access to professional offices/clinics, informants must be equipped with adequate personal protective equipment, during meetings the interpersonal distance between informants and healthcare professionals must always be respected and the promiscuous use of objects must be avoided in the information activity such as brochures, pens etc..
Until the end of the health emergency, referred to in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 31 July 2020, the access of informants to hospital facilities is not allowed, the information activity can be carried out exclusively remotely and at a distance.
Urgent communications are reserved, which can only be made if related to the safe use of specific products and if they cannot be made using other means (telephone, email).

RESOLVES
to authorize the resumption of the scientific medical information activity in the professional practices/outpatient clinics of specialists, general practitioners (GPs) and pediatricians of free choice (PLS). The activity must take place exclusively after an agreed appointment, identifying specific times in order to avoid intersections with other users or patients even in the waiting areas.
Whistleblowers are required to comply with the provisions of the Decrees of the President of the Council of Ministers, the Ordinances of the President of the Reginal Council and the Civil Protection for Phase 2 of the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency and the "Guidelines for the reopening of economic activities and Productive” approved by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces, pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 14 of the decree-law n. 33/2020.
