Vaccines, scientific informants take the field in Reggio Calabria

Scientific informants took to the trenches in Reggio Calabria and they did so at the very moment in which the vaccination campaign reached a turning point but was continually compromised by abrupt braking linked above all to the lack of doses.
Reggio's scientific informants were the first in the category in Italy to be vaccinated and they did so to now be an active part of the vaccination campaign. They have already proposed for months and have given their willingness to lend a hand and actively contribute to the vaccination plan.
«When we were asked to lend a hand, we answered present and 42 scientific representatives of Reggio Calabria are already carrying out voluntarily support activities to the Casa della Salute of Scilla – confirmed the FEDAIISF delegate Francesco Puntillo – we mainly deal with the administrative part which in this vaccination campaign represents an obstacle for many citizens being very complicated and cumbersome ». They have not backed down and beyond normal working hours they will voluntarily make a fundamental contribution by replacing the health personnel in the administrative and bureaucratic part so as to free up fundamental resources to dispose of the long queues. THEn this first phase there are 42 operators who, starting from the health house in Scilla they are also helping to recover the now known doses inoculated but not registered in the system which are distorting the regional data.
«In addition to helping the citizens who arrive by assisting them throughout the journey, we will lend a hand in recovering the registration of all the doses inoculated in the first phase which, unfortunately, considering the immense effort of the health professionals to vaccinate as many as possible, have remained only on the cards but they are missing on the platform». the Pharmaceutical Scientific Representatives of the "Seby Trapani" section of Reggio Calabria and FEDAIISF federated province "Federation of Italian Associations of Pharmaceutical and Parapharmaceutical Scientific Representatives" intend to put their professional skills at the service of the community which pertain to the field of Medicine, Biology, Pharmacology and Chemistry.
“We realize that we are going through a historical period perhaps unique in its kind (and we hope it stays that way); for this reason, if on the one hand with the "classic" work the informant acted as a privileged interlocutor of the clinician and pharmacist to provide valid and constant updating above all for the appropriate use of drugs, on the other hand the ISFs are also above all citizens who, by virtue of their constant collaboration with the NHS, have the skills and abilities to provide, even voluntarily, valid support to all operators in the sector".
