Our annual assembly of members of the Ravenna section took place on Friday 10 December in the room of the "Associazione per gli altri" in Ravenna and for the occasion it was decided to set up a buffet-dinner to which everyone contributed a bit .
On the agenda numerous and interesting topics (concerning local and national activities) which have favored a good participation in the event.
President Giorgio Pezzi presented local initiatives both for the current year and for next year.
More specifically, in addition to the distribution of the 2015 booking diaries in the waiting rooms, the new timetable booklet for GPs and paediatricians was printed, the list of 2014 members was printed, the fac -similar to the new priority signs, the SMS messaging service was updated with the purchase of a new mobile phone, collaboration contacts were maintained with the Medical Association at the provincial level. The administrative manager (Franco Fanti) then intervened with his report on income and expenses for 2013 and 2014.
Guido Nivellini, national councilor, presented, together with the sectional presidency, the activities carried out by FEDAIISF. We started by illustrating the potential of the new site and the forthcoming creation of specific areas for the individual sections which could be fundamental for the future management of local initiatives. As regards the activity at an institutional level, thanks above all to the work of the president Fedaiisf Fabio Carinci, the meetings and contacts with AIFA, with the various representatives of the health commissions of the Senate and Chamber were highlighted and detailed, all for the purpose to support the importance of our professional figure. In this regard, the assembly asks for particular attention which must not only concern open-ended contracts but also atypical ones, which are now very frequent in our environment. Also important were the meetings and replies with journalists from Il Sole 24 Ore and Fatto Quotidiano.
It should also be remembered that legal, trade union and professional assistance services are available nationwide.
Given the expiry of the mandate, we organized and carried out the elections for sectional positions with the confirmation of the outgoing president and the inclusion of new figures in the board.
On this occasion, the 2015 registration campaign also kicked off by collecting the share of those present.
