Generic price cuts, AIFA's ok

On off-patent drugs it is possible for the NHS to save around 800 million euros with a reduction in the prices of generics imposed by decree. This was recognized by the AIFA technicians, who met yesterday with the Regional Health Assessors.

Lazio: return from the deficit in 28 moves

Piero Marrazzo remains ad acta Health Commissioner of Lazio at least until the technical table of the Ministry of the Economy has evaluated the 28 measures developed for the recovery from the deficit, presented at Palazzo Chigi. The final decision should arrive after October 15th.

The Council of Ministers should soon approve the contract for the 137,000 medical and non-medical managers of the NHS. The final judgment will be up to the Court of Auditors. Arrears of 3,000 euros per im will arrive in the paycheck
