FARMACEUTICA, ALLA QUINTILES ITALIA SI VUOLE APPLICARE IL CONTRATTO DI LAVORO DEL COMMERCIO AGLI INFORMATORI SCIENTIFICI . FILCTEM-CGIL: “CIO’ È INACCETTABILE”

Nel recente bando di recruiting della Quintiles Italia, l’azienda intende assumere ex informatori scientifici del farmaco, per mansioni on-line, con contratto del commercio. “E’ questa la nuova frontiera dell’industria farmaceutica 4,0? – protesta la Filctem-Cgil -; in questo modo si aggirano tutte le leggi vigenti e le delibere regionali”.

“Il contratto del commercio – ricorda Sergio Cardinali, del dipartimento chimico farmaceutico della Filctem Cgil – è per sua natura strettamente legato al fatturato, scardinando tutte le norme vigenti che regolano il settore. Relegare l’informazione scientifica del farmaco verso attività squisitamente commerciali è per noi del tutto inaccettabile; ne va della dignità professionale di chi opera nel settore e per la stessa qualità del servizio sanitario”.

Job description

QuintilesIMS is looking for 3 Remote E-detailing Reps/Medical Scientific Representatives who can join a team inserted in a multinational context and characterized by a dynamic and stimulating work environment.

The recruited resources will be responsible for presenting the client company's products through remote communication channels to the referring physicians of the CNS therapeutic area directly at the QuintilesIMS headquarters.

Le risorse avranno la responsabilità dello svolgimento di meeting di informazione scientifica “on-line” verso il target medico di Neurologi e Psichiatri con l‘ausilio di materiali di comunicazione relativi ai prodotti del cliente; gestiranno il database dei contatti medici in totale autonomia sviluppando e mantenendo relazioni di alta qualità con gli interlocutori di riferimento.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge of key scientific messages specific to the CNS therapeutic area;
Excellent scientific background in CNS
Excellent use of computer systems
Required residence: Milan or neighbours

INSTRUCTION:

Degree in scientific disciplines (law 219/06) and experience in scientific drug information, even brief, in the CNS therapeutic area;

COMPLETE THE PROFILE:

Strong negotiation and communication skills,
Leadership skills and team working;
Autonomy, organizational skills and proactivity.
Previous experience in a similar role or in ISF roles in the CNS area will be a preferential title
