Sigma Tau, one of the main Italian pharmaceutical groups, intends to incorporate the Portuguese sister company "Defiante". Last year, in correspondence with the company's declaration of crisis and the use of social safety nets for around 600 workers at the Pomezia plant, controversy erupted over the relationship between the Italian giant and the foreign company, subject to investigation by the Agency of revenue.
