2015 exodus pensions: discussion still open, new interventions are awaited

Altri 49 mila esodati attendono risposte concrete da parte dell’esecutivo. Probabili interventi per gli esodati, mercoledì verranno riesaminate le ulteriori proposte.

The problem exodus it's still not fully resolved. Nonostante i sei provvedimenti di tutela, altri 49 mila esodati attendono risposte concrete da parte dell’esecutivo che sta tuttora riflettendo sulle modifiche da apportare alla riforma Fornero nella prossima Legge di Stabilità. L’istituto di previdenza sta inviando le comunicazioni con cui si certifica il diritto a fruire della salvaguardia ai sensi della law 147/2014.

Stanno arrivando le lettere di certificazione nell’ambito della sixth safeguard. Dopo una lunga attesa alcune categorie di lavoratori che avevano presentato domanda di accesso ai benefici hanno ricevuto la conferma di poter presentare la domanda di pensione in quanto risultati inclusi nella graduatoria stilata dall’Inps.

The communication concerns, as indicated in the INPS message 9924/2014, primarily those who had been excluded from the fourth safeguard due to the exhaustion of the relative ceiling, i.e. the workers who have used the congedi e dei permessi per l’assistenza to disabled people during 2011 and who accrued a pension right, with the old legislation, after 31 October 2012. Nella lettera l’Inps indica la first date of effective date useful e formula l’invito a presentare la domanda di pensione entro il mese antecedente la data di decorrenza. Ecco un Fac-Simile della Lettera che conferma la possibilità di accedere alla pensione in deroga alla Normativa Fornero.
