The hypothesis of an agreement on the mobility procedure launched last July by Nycomed Spa as part of the merger operation with Takeda Italia Farmaceutici was ratified today in the Lombardy Region. The definitive signing of the agreement, signed last October 3, comes after the go-ahead given by the workers in two separate assemblies, which were held in Rome and Milan: with 103 preferences in favour, 10 against and 20 abstentions, the employees approved by majority the hypothesis of agreement signed by all the mayors
