CCF – CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemistry

A new trade union subject for employees all’Industria Chimica e Chimico-Farmaceutica

Nel mondo del Lavoro italiano, per gli addetti all’Industria Chimica e Chimico-Farmaceutica, fa il suo ingresso un nuovo soggetto sindacale: La CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemistry (CCF).

Nei giorni scorsi è stato depositato l’atto costitutivo della nuova federazione, in adesione al programma della CONFSAL (General Confederation of Autonomous Workers' Unions) which provides for the establishment of new federations to carry out the project of promoting and affirming autonomous and independent Italian trade unionism.

There CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) will operate, in the sectors of its competence, throughout the Italian territory and has taken the field to give answers to the expectations of workers disappointed by trade union organizations with a strong ideological-party characterization which, too often, have moved in a narrow or distorted vision of the interests of the world of work. There CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) ha l’obiettivo di creare una valida alternativa attraverso l’affermazione di una condotta sindacale meno rituale e demagogica e, quindi, più sollecita a porre la propria attenzione agli interessi generali della collettività. A tale specifico scopo, CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) crede che la Responsabilità sociale dell’Impresa sia da perseguire e sviluppare, ricercando il coinvolgimento di tutti i soggetti che in essa operano. Così come crede nel valore del Welfare contrattuale. Tutto, ovviamente, senza mai smettere di ricercare l’indispensabile giustizia retributiva dei lavoratori in una visione tesa anche all’affermazione ed esaltazione della loro professionalità.

There CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) intends to pursue these objectives starting from, and never moving away from, the Workers and their working reality. CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) believes that the function of contractual agent for company-level matters falls within the total and undisputed competence of the Workers' Representatives. Workers who will always be trained, assisted, supported when they want, protected by CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist).

Oggi è più che mai fondamentale vivere il presente, ma farlo volgendo lo sguardo al futuro e non al passato. Solo così si potrà “Riaffermare la centralità del lavoro per superare la situazione di crisi economica aggravata dall’emergenza sanitaria“.
