CCF – CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemistry
A new trade union subject for employees to the chemical and chemical-pharmaceutical industry
In the world of Italian work, for workers in the chemical and chemical-pharmaceutical industries, a new trade union entity is entering: the CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemistry (CCF).
In the past few days, the deed of incorporation of the new federation was filed, in accordance with the programme CONFSAL (General Confederation of Autonomous Workers' Unions) which provides for the establishment of new federations to carry out the project of promoting and affirming autonomous and independent Italian trade unionism.
There CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) will operate, in the sectors of its competence, throughout the Italian territory and has taken the field to give answers to the expectations of workers disappointed by trade union organizations with a strong ideological-party characterization which, too often, have moved in a narrow or distorted vision of the interests of the world of work. There CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) has the objective of creating a valid alternative through the affirmation of a less ritualistic and demagogic union conduct and, therefore, more solicitous to pay attention to the general interests of the community. For this specific purpose, CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) believes that Corporate Social Responsibility should be pursued and developed, seeking the involvement of all the subjects who operate in it. Just as it believes in the value of contractual welfare. All of this, of course, without ever ceasing to seek the indispensable retribution justice of workers in a vision also aimed at affirming and exalting their professionalism.
There CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) intends to pursue these objectives starting from, and never moving away from, the Workers and their working reality. CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist) believes that the function of contractual agent for company-level matters falls within the total and undisputed competence of the Workers' Representatives. Workers who will always be trained, assisted, supported when they want, protected by CCF (CONFSAL Pharmaceutical Chemist).
Today it is more essential than ever to live in the present, but to do so by looking to the future and not to the past. Only in this way will it be possible"Reaffirm the centrality of work to overcome the economic crisis situation aggravated by the health emergency“.
