Conference of the Presidents of the Regions
After the stoppage of the technical table for pharmaceuticals, another tile falls on the new services in the pharmacy. The Regions are always the senders, but this time the hand is that of the governors. From which comes the request to remove the entire article on physiotherapists and instrumental analyzes from the bill for the reform of orders. All written in the opinion with which the Conference of the Regions of 28 October expressed a conditional yes to the bill, which among other things entrusts the government with the task of rewriting the rules on clinical trials. The request of the Regions is that we take a step back on the new services: physiotherapists at home and instrumental analyzes go, based on considerations that closely follow those already raised on the decrees by the technical table. "The additional services that you want to achieve" reads the final opinion of the governors "cannot be borne by the NHS, as it would seem". And again: «Since the quality of the services is not guaranteed, there would be a risk to public health». Hence the request to delete the entire article and maintain Legislative Decree 153/2009 in its previous formulation, a request which, if accepted by the government, would force the Ministry to extensively review the implementing decrees.
