Rispetto a questo totale, 24,6 miliardi saranno ottenuti con le misure previste dal disegno di legge di bilancio nell’ambito del maggior deficit autorizzato dal Parlamento nelle scorse settimane (dal 5,7% tendenziale al 7% programmatico), e ulteriori 14,5 miliardi attraverso l’impiego delle risorse del Next Generation Eu”. “Non dobbiamo comunque dimenticare che nel 2021 avranno effetti anche le misure adottate nel corso di quest’anno, che mobiliteranno risorse per circa 31 miliardi netti. Al netto del new offset, we are therefore overall at over 70 billion of expansive stimulus”, he explained.
