Not just medicine, the Federico II Polyclinic film festival kicks off tomorrow with Alberto Sordi. the director recounts the complex world of pharmaceutical informants, provocatively defined as "medicine sellers".

Tuesday 24 May "The medicine seller", directed in 2013 by Antonio Morabito and interpreted by Claudio Santamaria, Isabella Ferrari and Marco Travaglio. With a realistic touch, the director recounts the complex world of pharmaceutical informants, provocatively defined as "medicine sellers" and lets the story revolve around Bruno, an informant for the pharmaceutical company Zafer, whose job is to "place" as many drugs possible to doctors, offering them trips in exchange abroad, gadgets and other attractive offers.

“Due film sulle possibili “tentazioni” cui va incontro la classe medica che, eticamente e deontologicamente, ha come obiettivo quello di anteporre sempre l’interesse del paziente a quello personale”, spiega Ignazio Senatore, psichiatra e critico cinematografico che, dopo aver introdotto l’evento, condurrà il dibattito che seguirà la proiezione, cui prenderà parte, nel secondo appuntamento, anche il regista Antonio Morabito.
