The Ministry of Health returns, after the spin-off from the maxi-ministry of Welfare. The law of 13 November n. 172 which establishes it, in fact, was published on Saturday 28 November in the Official Gazette. The legislation enters into force in 15 days, therefore on 13 December next. Starting from this date, the new Minister of Health may also be appointed. In this way the number of ministries is increased, which thus reaches 13, and of undersecretaries of state.
