EMPLOYEE 17,000 AT MENARINI
Menarini's 17,000th employee is young and has a degree. Her name is Lara, she is 28 years old, she studied Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies at the University of Florence and now works for Menarini Ricerche.
Present in 136 countries around the world, Menarini therefore continues to invest heavily in Italy: of the Group's 17,000 employees, more than 3,700 work in Italy. Of these, almost 300 have been hired in the last two years, most of them in the Florence headquarters.
