The Court of Milan
Today the company Marvecspharma Service srl appeared before the Bankruptcy Judge of the Court of Milan. The company presented an application for an arrangement with creditors in order to avoid bankruptcy, leasing the company to a wholly owned company of the debtor company itself. The company has asked for a deadline to be able to better explain the terms of the proposal, but the instant creditors [Editor's note: those who have applied to the competent authority], workers and the Public Prosecutor objected and the Judge reserved the right to bring the procedure before the Board, as required by law. Probably by the end of the week or at the latest the first days of next week, the fate of the company will be decided.
