Information flows of pharmaceutical services (art. 29) – Si consente, in via sperimentale, l’accesso diretto all’Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco ai flussi informativi di monitoraggio dell’assistenza farmaceutica, ai dati della ricetta dematerializzata farmaceutica presente nel sistema Tessera Sanitaria e ai dati della fatturazione elettronica relativa ai medicinali.
