The uncertain political situation has, in fact, slowed down all federal activity: precisely because it is from politics that we continually await answers.
Sono almeno tre mesi, che il presidente della Commissione Bilancio della Camera on.le Boccia e la senatrice Di Biase, Presidente Commissione Sanità del Senato rinviano di settimana in settimana la convocazione di FEDAIISF. Prima le incertezze sulla tenuta dell’Esecutivo, poi le discussioni e votazioni sulla legge di stabilità, poi ancora il nuovo governo ed il tempo scorre e nessuno si preoccupa di noi.
Anzi, qualcuno si preoccupa: il Presidente di Farmindustria Dr. Scaccabarozzi (Jansen) se ne è uscito dicendo, che la tenuta del sistema farmaceutico è servito a mantenere i posti di lavoro all’interno della industria farmaceutica.
Così ci spiegherà dove siano andati a finire i 13.400 posti di lavoro perduti dagli Informatori scientifici del farmaco in sette anni… Ci spiegherà perché la positività dei risultati commerciali delle aziende farmaceutiche abbia potuto determinare la messa in onda di contratti di solidarietà, oppure ancora le motivazioni per le quali si sia richiesta, talvolta, la trasformazione dei contratti di dipendenza in contratti provvigionali.

La nostra azione politica tenderà proprio a cercare di fare chiarezza sul reale stato di necessità delle imprese che peraltro prevede l’uso di ammortizzatori sociali a carico della collettività.
Se questo è lo scenario, che dobbiamo ancora attenderci! Diventeremo più rigidi anche noi, imponendo il rispetto degli articoli di legge che regolano l’attività di informazione scientifica.

È proprio per queste motivazioni, che sabato scorso, a Roma, abbiamo aderito alla Federazione Internazionale degli informatori scientifici, UIADM, con l’elezione del Presidente, lo spagnolo Oscar M. Rilo Castro, del vice presidente la rumena signora Despina, ed altre cariche all’interno dell’Esecutivo internazionale.
Spain, Romania, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Malta and Italy have joined this federation.

E qualcuno ci dovrà anche spiegare perché si assumano, come informatori scientifici, ragazzi con contratto di impiegato agricolo… e perché si mandino allo sbaraglio ragazzi pieni di volontà a proporre listini di integratori senza fatturati costringendoli, di fatto, – per inesperienza – a rimetterci migliaia di euro ogni anno.

Le evidenzieremo sul nostro sito con la relativa follia dei contratti proposti, segnalando all’AIFA contratti e condizioni contra legem ed informando, se del caso, l’ autorità giudiziaria per quanto, eventualmente, di competenza.
Perché una cosa deve essere chiara: non permetteremo, a queste “aziende” che possa essere inserito come informatore scientifico una figura non rispondente ai requisiti previsti dalle leggi di questo Stato. Che tutti, nessuno escluso, hanno l’obbligo di rispettare.
On 28 February we were invited to participate in a round table in Milan of the SIAR (Italian Regulatory Affairs Society) to present the point of view of drug sales representatives on the new professional figures (RAM, KAM, etc.) and on the new forms of communication.
In greeting you, I inform you that the procedures aimed at obtaining the recognition of the Ministry of Economic Development for a federation certifying the quality of our scientific representatives of the drug have been started.
We hope that the pharmaceutical industry itself will help us in this project, which then, ultimately, also deeply interests it as a guarantee of professionally qualified choices.
Lastly, I invite all colleagues to inform us if you are aware of any economic incentives attributed to ASL managers for the achievement of pharmaceutical cost savings targets
In order to document that the savings do not translate into new and more efficient services for the citizen but only serve to fatten the already generous salaries with public money.
This way, the savings would be just a round lot.
And to establish, once and for all, whether these economic incentives, extended in any technical way to doctors as well, are legitimate under the laws of this state.
