The differences between Italian and French isfs

Dear colleagues, friends and site readers
I read in Pharmakronos of 11/20/09 about the agreement reached in France between trade unions and pharmaceutical companies. I could not fail to notice what enormous differences there are between workers in the French and Italian pharmaceutical sector. What attention the Trade Unions and the employers' side have towards workers in the sector by setting specific safeguards for those who work there and clear stakes for companies.
A situation diametrically opposed to the Italian one where corporate interests always have the upper hand, where a rhetoric with no rhyme or reason has arisen, such as Welfarma and where the worker is at the mercy of companies and events.
Let's open our eyes dear colleagues, what is happening beyond the Alps is a clear signal and cuts off the fine speeches that our unions and companies give us every day. Let's raise our heads rather than suffer in silence otherwise, as always, we will be considered as second-class workers both professionally and economically.
