The company of dreams is Swiss: the shopping is done during office hours and the butler will also be there
A few kilometers from the border with Italy, in Mendrisio, in the Canton of Ticino, there is a pharmaceutical company, Sintetica, specialized in the production of anesthetics, analgesics and narcotics with 250 employees in the various offices in Europe and around the world.
130 people work in the Mendrisio plant. The 2017 turnover is 60 million euros, with strong growth. What is surprising is the company policy: the employees, 50% of whom are Italian commuters, have a long series of benefits: payroll incentives for those who go to work by train or carpooling; daycare partially paid for by the company; free gym; possibility to do the shopping during working hours.
And for those who feel stressed there is table football. You can work from home and if your children get sick, you don't need to show a medical certificate for up to three days a month. And under study, for 2018, is the institution of the company butler who handles the paperwork of employees

“In general, the company is convinced and is committed to being a “good actor” and improving lives and health. The integrity of most bosses is sincere and they are well-intentioned."
