(AGI) - Ascoli Piceno Oct. 17 – The Court of Appeal of Ancona rejected the appeal of Pfizer (global pharmaceutical giant) confirming the sentence of the court of Ascoli Piceno, which had reinstated seven workers in the workplace. The seven had been fired by Pfizer and then kept out of its factory in Ascoli, even after the ruling of the first instance judge. The UGL expresses satisfaction with the verdict of the Court of Appeal: "Now all the instrumentality of the company to keep the seven employees out of the factory gates, who will finally have to go back to work, has fallen. We are close to the workers for the sufferings suffered and for the dignity shown". (AGI) Ap1/Sep
