The challenge between academic medicine, based on evidence of effectiveness, and conspiracy theorists, has been won by science.

Not a single unscrupulous subject but the entire academic medical world would be colluded and complicit with a pharmaceutical company to make money for the producers of the trivalent vaccine. To understand the physiology and pathology of the human body it takes ten years of non-stop studies. The development of a vaccine and the research that testifies to its effectiveness and non-dangerousness are the fruit of minds that have spent themselves on science. By now anyone thinks they can understand everything and know everything. Each theory is the same as the other and in an escalation of pathological narcissism we have become omnipotent, unable to recognize the value of the other, especially when they have something to teach us.
