Medicines, here is the App that encourages you to do it yourself. Pagliacci: "Complete trivialization of the drug"
It's called "Find my medicine" the new app that challenges pharmacists and doctors by encouraging do-it-yourself. Its database includes the medicinal equivalents of over 10,000 drugs present in 16 foreign countries, so as to know for yourself what type of active ingredient you need if you stay abroad.
"We have reached the complete banalization of the drug - announces the president of Sunifar, Silvia Pagliacci – with Apps that facilitate automatism in self-consumption. In this way it is forgotten that the pharmacist can also help those who go abroad, by giving indications on the medicines already in use. Let's not forget - adds Pagliacci - that there are databases that the pharmacist can use to help foreigners in Italy by indicating the corresponding foreign drugs".
And, then, the president of Sunifar concludes: "One certainly cannot think of stopping technology, but it must be at the service of the profession and not replace it".
