In the month of August 2010 l’indice della produzione industriale corretto per gli effetti di calendario ha registrato, rispetto allo stesso mese dell’anno precedente, gli incrementi più marcati nei settori dei machinery and equipment nec (più 35,3 per cento), della metallurgy and metal products (più 20,4 per cento), delle electrical and non-electrical equipment (più 18,7 per cento) e dell’attività extractive (più16,6 per cento). L’unica variazione negativa ha riguardato il settore della energy supply (minus 3.5 percent).

In the comparison between the first eight months of 2010 and the corresponding period of 2009, the greatest increases concerned the sectors of electrical equipment e not electric (più 14,1 per cento), dei machinery and equipment nec (più 10,2 per cento), dei chemical products (più 9,5 per cento) e dei computers and products electronics and optics (più 8,4 per cento).

L’unica variazione negativa ha riguardato l’attività estrattiva (minus 0.9 percent).
