This is the picture outlined by Altroconsumo in Trento, in a collateral event at the Festival of Economics, on the theme 'The drug market and induced needs', in the 'Rights Check-up' project, financed by the Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by Altroconsumo with other consumer associations.
