Women prefer designer drugs. A survey by the National Observatory on Women's Health attests that less than 1 in 4 ask for drug generic and that only 2 out of 5, following a proposal from the pharmacist, opt for the equivalent while the others choose the branded drug. Furthermore, the study shows that the refusal of the equivalent drug is more immediate than its acceptance, which instead passes through various doubts and fears, while those who refuse it in 2 out of 3 cases do so immediately and without asking for anything.
