As OO.SS. we denounced the great critical situation faced by Isf workers, pressed between the need to operate in the interests of companies and the diversified regulatory confusion throughout the national territory which makes even remote activity problematic.
We reiterated the need as well as the very strong conviction of safeguarding face-to-face activity with healthcare professionals, considering the massive use of remote activity in recent days, a purely exceptional fact, a theme which is absolutely shared by the representatives of Farmindustria; the need to regulate the activity remotely also by virtue of its partial and accessory use in the future.
The discussion produced the attached joint document, which formalises a path of continuous discussion, aimed at tackling phase 2 with the necessary precautions necessary for a safe resumption of activity.
On the subject of remote information, as already mentioned, it has been recognized by all as useful for managing this transitory phase, but not replaceable for in-person contact, in the long term.
We believe it is important to have reaffirmed together with Farmindustria that also in the near future personal information is and will remain the prevalent and valuable method of this activity, which alone can fully express the professionalism of informants.
This issue also reiterates the importance of work as soon as istarted within the Pharmaceutical Observatory, from a more general point of view of all aspects of the activity of the Isf.
