The doctor reinvents himself. Or perhaps it is the pharmaceutical company that evolves. The fact is that the pharmaceutical giants have opened their doors wide for doctors and that at the same time the latter begin not to disdain non-hospital job positions.
In the pharmaceutical sector figures such as scientific informants are in crisis and instead the staff of the medical directions are fleshed out. And if a medical degree doesn't guarantee more jobs, why competitions are scarce, doctors can renew themselves and create new career opportunities in multinationals.
“Companies such as Novartis and other important multinationals in the sector are looking for them – explains the senior consultant of Technical Hunters Teresa Caputo – In the past for the medical direction, the company department that guarantees medical/scientific support to the various functions, mostly graduates in biotechnology, CTF or biology were hired. Perhaps because doctors, at least in Italy, were not inclined to work in the company”.
