Con un’esperienza di oltre 8 anni nel settore farmaceutico, Luana Crivat Romania è entrata in GSK nel 2006 come informatore medico. Due anni più tardi, entra a far parte del team di risorse umane, come un executive HR, la posizione era di trainer allo sviluppo prioritario per i manager. Da giugno 2010, Luana Crivat ha continuato la sua carriera nella posizione di responsabile vendite regionale, dove si è concentrata sullo sviluppo di propri team di informatori, accelerando in tal modo le loro capacità di sviluppo.
In her career Crivat Luana joined the HR team a year later, in the role of Head of HR Pharma Division, where she contributes to the development strategy of GSK Romania's employee reps.
Nel suo nuovo ruolo, Luana Crivat ha tra gli obiettivi prioritari la gestione del talento e la costruzione di capacità strategiche all’interno dell’organizzazione, continuando a sostenere la società ad alte prestazioni. Luana fa parte del team di gestione di GSK Romania facente parte della leadership del team europeo di GSK Pharma.
Before joining GSK, Luana Crivat held various international marketing and logistics roles in medical device companies. The new HR director is a graduate of the law school in Cluj-Napoca and holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (London).
Luana Crivat replaces Julia DOBRIŢOIU, who has been appointed to the HR function in the Middle East and Africa Business, Leader in Food (GSK Production Network), becoming a member of the Middle East Supply Chain Leadership Team and HR team Europe and EMAP (emerging markets and Asia-Pacific).
