The pharmaceutical company GSK Romania has appointed Luana Crivat (38 years old) as director of human resources of the group (HR Business Leader), which includes the divisions GSK Pharma, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Europharm Distribution and factory in Brasov with a total of about 1,000 employees.
With more than 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Luana Crivat Romania joined GSK in 2006 as a medical informant. Two years later, he joined the HR team, as an HR executive, the position was a priority development trainer for managers. Since June 2010, Luana Crivat has continued her career in the position of Regional Sales Manager, where she focused on developing her own rep teams, thereby accelerating their development capabilities.
In her career Crivat Luana joined the HR team a year later, in the role of Head of HR Pharma Division, where she contributes to the development strategy of GSK Romania's employee reps.
In her new role, Luana Crivat prioritizes managing talent and building strategic capabilities within the organization while continuing to support the high-performing company. Luana is part of the management team of GSK Romania being part of the leadership of the European team of GSK Pharma.
Before joining GSK, Luana Crivat held various international marketing and logistics roles in medical device companies. The new HR director is a graduate of the law school in Cluj-Napoca and holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (London).
Luana Crivat replaces Julia DOBRIŢOIU, who has been appointed to the HR function in the Middle East and Africa Business, Leader in Food (GSK Production Network), becoming a member of the Middle East Supply Chain Leadership Team and HR team Europe and EMAP (emerging markets and Asia-Pacific).
